세상의 모든 일들은 정도의 차이가 있지만, 서로 관련이 있다. 이러한 차이를 인지하지 못하는 것은 무척이나 대범하여 둔감하던가, 대인과 같아서 소소한 세상일에는 관심이 없거나, 아니면 목표 없는 인생일 것이다. 최초에 이 이론에 대하여 접한 것은 Systematic Software Testing에서 인데, 이것을 가지고 검색을 해보니 구체적인 저간의 배경이 나왔다. 내용을 읽고 나니 흡사 피플웨어 : 정말로 일하고 싶어지는 직장 만들기와 상황이 유사할 수도 있겠다는 생각이 들고, 또 주제도 노동자의 생산성과 관련이 있는등 흥미롭다. 특히나, Systematic Software Testing에서는 이 호손효과를 "테스팅 메트릭과 측정"의 장에서 다루고 있으니, 개념의 확장과 전이가 산업을 넘나들며 이용된다..
